The car competes in the Formula Vee category which is an open wheel racing series using VW engines and components with very minimal modifications allowed. The emphasis is on driver skill. The Formula competes at every racing circuit in Australia and regularly attracts fields of 30 plus vehicles.

The car has a Sabre chassis manufactured here in Melbourne with a 1200 cc VW engine, 4 wheel disk brakes and is capable of around 200 kph. The car weighs around 480 kgs with driver.

 
Ben Moyle, (the driver)  is competing in 10 rounds during 2007 comprising of The Victorian State Championship (4 rounds) and The Victoria State Racer Series (6 rounds). He will also compete in the Australian Titles in October.
