Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and delivering first-class support to our valued customers.

You will handle both front-line telephone and written contact with customers, consumers, and sales colleagues; with responsibility for providing advice and assistance when required, order editing, order entry, updating the required systems, and processing follow ups to previous requests.

What about you? You will have a strong passion for customer service, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and have the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, as collaborating with colleagues from various departments will be essential to delivering outstanding service.

Are you looking for a new challenge?

Do you have a keen interest in the full product lifecycle? As a Product Executive you will develop, deliver, and maintain a high-quality portfolio of S&J UK products. You will work with a small, well-established team consisting of the Product Manager, Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager.

This is a varied role with plenty to do you, your responsibilities will include maintaining the S&J UK website and product catalogue database managing the upload of photographs and product information. You will administrate the addition of new products to the inventory, overseeing quality appraisals, the creation of detailed product specifications, packaging and launch communications. You will also take a supportive role in planning, organising, and attending trade shows and events. Your role will involve working closely with internal colleagues and external supply chain partners from around the world.

What about you? You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will possess great organisational skills and will have a keen eye for detail. You will be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. You will have great research skills to understand trends and competitor activity in the hand tools market.  You will have a willingness to learn and make the role your own. Previous product experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Looking for a role where your SAP knowledge and expertise can make a real impact to business performance?

 

Are you a highly capable SAP Business/Functional Analyst seeking a new opportunity? Do you have a keen interest in technology as well as intellectual curiosity and energy? Then we have the perfect role for you working as part of our Group IT team.

 

As Group SAP Business/Functional Analyst, you will support primarily the financial modules and business processes and scale across other standard SAP modules (SD, PP, MM and FI), to complement the Groups effort in the full life cycle implementation of SAP, including the provision of configuration expertise, business process analysis and data migration requirements.

 

You will primarily be a problem solver with the capability to propose solutions to overcome barriers within the business. You will work with stakeholders to develop best practices around the integration and deployment of SAP applications within existing architectures in a multi-site environment.

 

There’s plenty to keep you busy, from SAP project support including analysis / requirements and project scope documents; defining and implementing work procedures, standards, and methods; performing functional configuration tasks for the SAP modules; and performing unit and integration testing and troubleshooting problems.

 

What about you? You will be experienced in SAP Financial modules from both a functional analyst and configuration perspective and will ideally have experience across other integrated SAP modules with regards to process and implementation. You will be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.
