Looking for a role where your SAP knowledge and expertise can make a real impact to business performance?
Are you a highly capable SAP Functional Analyst seeking a new opportunity? Do you have a keen interest in technology as well as intellectual curiosity and energy? Then we have the perfect role for you working as part of our Group IT team.
As Group SAP Functional Analyst, you will support business processes and scale across standard SAP modules (SD, PP, MM and FI), to complement the Groups effort in the full life cycle implementation of SAP; including the provision of configuration expertise, business process analysis and data migration requirements.
You will primarily be a problem solver with the capability to propose solutions to overcome barriers within the business. You will work with stakeholders to develop best practices around the integration and deployment of SAP applications within existing architectures in a multi-site environment.
There’s plenty to keep you busy, from SAP project support including analysis / requirements and project scope documents; defining and implementing work procedures, standards, and methods; performing functional configuration tasks for the SAP modules; and performing unit and integration testing and troubleshooting problems.
What about you? You will be experienced in SAP ERP modules from both a functional analyst and configuration perspective and will ideally have experience in EDI process and implementation. You will be an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and demonstrate a proactive approach to work.

Are you an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a busy environment where every day brings a new challenge?
If so, you’ll enjoy being part of our Group HR Team providing a full generalist HR service to all UK Group companies with an employee base of c.320. We operate within a complex Group structure where you will be supporting managers from diverse business entities with differing requirements, which makes for an interesting and varied role.
You will be supporting and coaching managers on all things people related, including managing the full recruitment cycle, case management of ER issues, employee engagement and health and wellbeing activities. You’ll utilise your employment law and best practice knowledge to provide pragmatic solutions which meet the needs of the business whilst mitigating risk.
Working closely with the Group HR Administrator, you will ensure that all HR operations activities run smoothly. You will be the custodian of employee data ensuring it is accurate, and will extract, collate and analyse data from Excel sources to provide HR metrics, identify trends and provide insight for data-evidenced decision making. You’ll therefore need well-developed Excel skills and will be MS Office 365 proficient.
What about you? You’ll bring excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. We welcome curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to create process efficiencies and improve the colleague experience. Industry experience isn’t important as we know that your HR skills and knowledge are transferrable, but you’ll need experience of operating in a fast paced, commercially focussed environment. You will deal comfortably with ambiguity and prefer operating within flexible guidelines and frameworks rather than rigid governance. If you are CIPD level 5 qualified that’s great, but your experience, skills and personal attributes are more important to us than qualifications, so please apply regardless of your qualifications.
