Pro-Plus Hacksaw 23T
With a new style cast alloy frame and all-hard handle, the 70-23TR Hacksaw Frame is being introduced to replace existing ref 70-22TR.
The all-hard handle is more resistant to wear and tear, and is easier to keep clean than the 70-22TR soft feel handle.
The blade position may be adjusted for horizontal cutting by fitting the blade on the underside locating pins
